Return & Refund Policy

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

    • The item must be in resalable condition with all original tags, labels, and accessories.

    • You must provide valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

  • Products marked as Final Sale, Non-returnable, or Promotional Items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or expired.


Expiry Date Policy

  • For products with an expiry date, returns will only be accepted if:

    • The product has more than 30 days remaining before expiry at the time the return request is submitted.

    • The product arrived expired or within 30 days of expiry without prior notice.

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that have expired after delivery.


Return Process

To start a return, please get in touch with our customer support team. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email about the approval status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, receiving an incorrect, defective, or expired product).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
